Qualifications:

Graduate (Preferably in science) or Diploma in engineering or Graduate (BE) in engineering

Total Experience:

2 to 5 Years for Graduate or Diploma engineer

1 to 3 years for BE engineer

Type of Experience:

Experience in Project handling in any engineering company.

Preference shall be given to the person worked in any Automation or control and Instrumentation company.

Essential:

Knowledge of FRENCH language speaking, Reading and writing,

Desirable:

High communication skills, experience with some French company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

The Project is being executed by a French Company in Paris. Site is in Algeria (French speaking country). It shall need extensive traveling in India, France and Algeria.

Person shall support to the sales team. After the order, a joint meeting with customer shall take place and then this person shall be fully responsible for successful execution of the project until all payment is received.

Single point contact for customer. Communication and co-ordination with customer, understanding customer expectations and proceed with smooth and clean execution of orders. Co-ordinating with Vendors, production, Quality & procurement (until Dispatch)

Project management, engineering, raising of MR, various approvals from customer like specs/QA plan. Regular progress report of project to customer Shall be fully engaged with project procurement team to negotiate and get best deal from the vendors.

Ensuring the timely availability of material in co-ordination with purchase, tight cost control, timely billing & responsible to get the payment from customer
